Summer Reimaging Schedule

Each year students are required to bring their computers to De Smet in the summer to have them reimaged. This allows us to apply needed updates and help prepare student computers for the following year. Please help your son accomplish this task! If you are unable to make your scheduled time please email Mike Talken or call (314)567-3500, ext. 233.

TabletPCs should be dropped off in the IT Center (208) by 10:00 a.m. on the scheduled day to ensure it will be ready for pickup the following day. You should be able to pick it up by 2:00 p.m. the following business day. This would also be a good opportunity to submit your computer for any needed repairs (though it may not be ready by next day).

IT Center Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.

Monday, June 7            last names: A through C
Tuesday, June 8            last names: D through H
Wednesday, June 9      last names: I through L
Thursday, June 10        last names: M through P
Friday, June 11              last names: Q through Z

The schedule for junior class of 2012 reimage is as follows:

Monday, June 14          last names: A through C
Tuesday, June 15          last names: D through H
Wednesday, June 16    last names: I through L
Thursday, June 17        last names: M through P
Friday, June 18              last names: Q through Z

The schedule for sophomore class of 2013 reimage is as follows:

Monday, June 21          last names: A through C
Tuesday, June 22          last names: D through H
Wednesday, June 23    last names: I through L
Thursday, June 24        last names: M through P
Friday, June 25              last names: Q through Z
